“Painting Angel’s Wings” is a picture-book creation contest for children with disabilities, organized by the Lawrence S. Ting Foundation. The contest aims to enrich educational resources and raise public awareness about the lives of vulnerable communities. Now in its fourth edition, it seeks to connect creative individuals of all ages with the disabled community.
This year’s winning entries will be adapted into accessible formats and added to the Digital Library for Children with Disabilities, managed by the Lawrence S. Ting Foundation. In addition, top works will be showcased at the annual Children’s Art Exhibition.
According to the organizers, registration is open until October 10, 2025. Submissions are accepted from October 1 to November 15, 2025, and public voting will take place from October 1 to November 25, 2025. Participants must create an account and log in to register, sign up for workshops, and vote.
The judging panel includes author Phạm Thị Hoài Anh (content judge) and author-illustrator Lương Linh (art judge). The program is supported by ASUS, Advertising Vietnam, Doanh Nhân+, and Nhịp Cầu Đầu Tư, and offers attractive prizes for outstanding entries.
